Major League Baseball (MLB) and the American Sports Medicine Institute (ASMI) will be holding a two-day workshop in baseball medicine for underrepresented talent in sports medicine. The two-day workshop is to be foundational in nature for early career professionals and current students in athletic training, physical therapy, biomechanics, medicine, and performance science. The workshop will take place at ASMI in Birmingham, Alabama, in June in conjunction with the MLB at Rickwood game between the St. Louis Cardinals and the San Francisco Giants.
