Tina currently serves as Manager of Performance Science with the Houston Astros, supporting the organization's applied sport science efforts across player care and performance. Previously, as Senior Manager of Performance Science with the Memphis Grizzlies, she was instrumental in building the organization's basketball shooting biomechanics program from the ground up - encompassing motion capture infrastructure, full-season data collections, analytical workflows, reporting, and staff education. This represented one of the first integrated, longitudinal applications of markerless motion capture technology for shooting biomechanics research with an NBA team. Prior to that, she worked as a Biomechanist at Blast Motion, Inc., leading multi-sport motion capture collections across baseball, softball, and golf and collaborating with the engineering team on metric validations and product development.

Tina holds an MS in Kinesiology and Sport Performance from Point Loma Nazarene University, where she conducted biomechanics research and served as a biomechanics teaching assistant, and a BS in Biomedical Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology. She is passionate about advancing the field of baseball biomechanics and would be honored to contribute to the ABBS Board of Directors.
